Role

Design of tailored secure and seamless solutions for various trade types, ensuring a comprehensive approach to liquidity and digital assets trading and management.

Direct and lead Product Design from scratch – this entailed working closely with the Heads of Product and in regular and close collaboration with Marketing, Development, Technology and the CEO to align with the company and product goals.

Outcomes

>Enabled the company to raise $10Mn+ in funding via design of enhanced experiences that leverage and showcase the USPs of the product to distinguish FluidAI from its competitors

Three products – FluidAI X (retail), FluidAI T (Institutional) and FluidAI D (DEX Aggregator) built and set to release in 2024, each unique yet consistent with the brand’s identity

FluidAI X currently in market to a limited audience for beta testing.

Set the foundation

A design language that (unlike many competitors and benchmarks in the industry) is modern, with a sense of balance and visual appeal.

A robust navigation system that is designed to scale to accommodate high complexity of future feature functionalities and enables improved information architecture, discoverability and heuristics.

A flexible 4×3 Widget Grid that allows for scaling and modularity of widgets that adapt easily to all form factors, mobile or web.

App-like design for Mobile-Web

Timelines for the releases were quite tight, and the development of a mobile app for the product was planned for development only in the next version, post release and after consumer feedback.

However, it was important to ensure that users on mobile have an optimised experience while on the go. I worked closely with the front end developers to complete responsive design for mobile-web with an app-like UI as a mid-way between basic responsiveness and a full fledged mobile app.
