Role

Sole and lead designer for M365 Subscription Sharing in India, with complete ownership of the feature.

Collaborated closely with triad, partners and stakeholders in India and USA, to review, enrol and align on feature vision and goals. 

Responsible for end-to-end design of the feature including product planning, research, envisioning, ideation, high fidelity prototyping and iteration, specifications and documentation, accessibility, craftsmanship, engineering and data enquirie, feature testing and bug resolution. 

Main Goal

To enable users to be aware and educate them about the offerings of M365 Family subscription, share and increase usage.

To enable other M365 Partner teams to leverage UI components to promote subscription sharing amongst their users.

Outcomes

  • Increase in monthly active users and monthly active families.
  • Increase in family subscription by 5% (2023-24)
  • Increased Family  Subscription renewal by 15% (2023-24)
  • Successfully released the feature globally in 2023
